Thank you for shopping with NextGenWare. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.
Items not eligible for return:
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Opened software or gift cards
• Customized or personalized items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@nextgenware.com with your order number and issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost in return transit.
Warranty
All smartwatches and gadgets come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear
• Water damage (unless the product is marked waterproof)
